Mobile homes, RVs, and old travel trailers are some of the hardest things to dispose of. They’re huge, they often have asbestos in older models, the metal is bonded to the wood, and most disposal sites won’t take them without significant prep. We handle them.
What We Demolish + Haul
- Single-wide mobile homes — older or newer
- Double-wide mobile homes — quoted on size
- Travel trailers / RVs — Class A, B, C, or 5th-wheel
- Park models — small recreational structures
- Trailers — utility trailers, boat trailers, equipment trailers
- Old converted school buses / “skoolies” — quoted
Process
- On-site walkthrough. Confirm scope, identify hazards (asbestos in older mobile homes is real — we test before demo).
- Permits if needed. Some Pierce County demolitions require permits; we navigate.
- Salvage what’s recyclable. Aluminum siding, steel framing, copper wiring, batteries, refrigerant from any AC units.
- Demolition. With appropriate equipment — skid-steer, excavator, hand crews.
- Haul. Multiple loads to appropriate disposal channels.
- Site cleanup. Pad cleared, debris gone, ready for next use.
Pricing
- Travel trailer (~16-20 ft):
- Travel trailer (larger):
- Single-wide mobile home: depending on age, materials, access
- Double-wide mobile home:
- Older units with asbestos: add abatement cost (specialty contractor coordination)
These are demolition + haul + disposal combined. No separate per-ton fees.
