Office Cleanouts
Office cleanouts come in waves: lease ends, downsizing, full closure, move to a new space. We handle all four. Same flat-rate pricing as residential, just at commercial volume. Insurance certificates available on file for property managers and tenants.
What We Cover from Office Spaces
- Desks (executive, modular, sit-stand)
- Cubicle systems (panels, surfaces, modesty panels)
- Office chairs (task, executive, conference, lounge)
- Filing cabinets (vertical, lateral, lockable)
- Conference tables
- Whiteboards and bulletin boards
- Bookcases and storage cabinets
- Reception furniture (sofas, coffee tables)
- Kitchen / break room furniture
- Old electronics (computers, monitors, printers, phones)
- Server room equipment (with hard drive destruction if needed — coordinate)
- File boxes / archives (with shredding referral if confidential)
Coordination With Property Management
Most office cleanouts go through:
- The tenant (your team)
- Or the property manager (when the lease ends and the unit needs to be cleared)
- Or both
We work with whoever’s running the project. Insurance certificates on file with all major Pierce County property managers; if your building requires a specific COI, just let us know.
Timing
Office cleanouts often run after-hours or on weekends to minimize disruption. We accommodate — call us with your timeline.
Disposal
Working office equipment heads to responsible disposal channels. Documentation provided on request if needed for tax records.
Confidential Materials
We don’t open or read documents. If you have confidential paper records that need shredding, we’ll refer you to a Pierce County shredding service before the haul. Hard drives can be physically destroyed on-site if needed.
