How Much Does Demolition Cost?
Demolition + haul is volume-and-difficulty based. Most residential demos fall in these brackets:
- Small shed (8×10 or smaller):
- Medium shed (10×12 to 12×16):
- Hot tub (drain, dismantle, haul):
- Deck (residential, ground-level): depending on size
- Mobile home: quoted on-site (permits often required)
- Larger structures: quoted on-site

Demolition Services Tacoma at Your Door Step
We arrive with the right tools — circular saws, sledgehammers, pry bars, an excavator or skid-steer if the scope calls for it. Owner David White or one of his trained crew runs the demo. Same crew handles the haul.

Trained for residential demo. Familiar with permit requirements (we’ll tell you upfront if a permit is needed). Insured.
Demolition Tools / Machinery
- Skid-steer for shed pads and fence post extraction
- Excavator (for larger jobs)
- Hand tools and power tools for careful disassembly
- Roll-off dumpster (14 or 20-yard) staged on-site for debris
Demolition + Hauling
Both in one job. Trees crew dismantles, hauls to the dumpster or directly to the truck, and disposal happens through our normal channels — Pierce County recyclers for metal, transfer stations for concrete and lumber.
